With years of experience of advertising photography in the baby sector, it felt like a natural fit when we started working with the B2C brand Babymore. We helped bring their diverse range of baby and toddler products to life, from travel essentials like prams and car seats to in-home items such as furniture and cots.

Over the years, we’ve collaborated on numerous shoots, photographing Babymore’s products both on location around Yorkshire and in the studio. Their e-commerce offering is complex, with many products sold individually or as part of bundle deals. This meant that, before the shoot even began, our in-house production team worked closely with Babymore to carefully map out the entire photography shoot.

As with any advertising photography shoot, for either e-commerce or print our goal was twofold: to create beautiful, inspirational lifestyle images while also showcasing the product details and features. With tight launch deadlines, we thrived on the challenge of balancing creative shots with the practical needs of the brand. Our thorough production plan ensured the shoot stayed on track while delivering the hundreds of images required for the product line.

Photography for the Baby Sector…

Stylistically, we used three distinct set designs, featuring modular walls and adaptable architectural photography elements to create a variety of looks and feels. The styling and props were meticulously chosen to match the vibe of each product range, further enhancing the uniqueness of each shoot.

In addition to lifestyle advertising photography, we also captured product photography in our smaller Studio 2, shooting clean cut-out images against a white background. These detailed shots from multiple angles, including close-ups and internal shots, were key in helping customers make informed purchase decisions in the absence of physical product interaction.

The shoot was a huge success, and Babymore received a wealth of high-quality collateral for their product launches. These images have been used across their digital channels, advertising, PR, marketing, and social media, driving engagement, traffic, and sales.
