Fashion photographer for the Joseph Turner’s ladies wear catalogue at Linton in North Yorkshire
Tim, Pure’s fashion photographer has shot the Joseph Turner mail order catalogues for a number of years on both location and in the photographic studio in Leeds. There are two shoots per year for autumn/winter and spring/summer catalogues, which historically have been shot in Yorkshire to reinforce the roots of the company. While it creates a great feel to the brochure, the Yorkshire weather can be a little difficult at manage at times!
It is usually a busy shoot with at least two models, hairdressers, make-up artists, stylists, the buyers and marketing team from Joseph Turner, as well as a photography crew and art director from Pure. It’s a busy couple of days with lots of people but the results certainly speak for themselves…
