Menswear fashion photography shot on location in Staithes, North Yorkshire
On a very dull day in September we pitched up in Staithes, a beautiful fishing village in North Yorkshire, loaded with make-up artists, stylists, models and 21 outfits to shoot. The only thing missing for this spring/summer shoot was the weather. Luckily after following the forecast for a number of days, the dull outlook was not a surprise and a contingency plan to light the shots was put in place.
All these images are shot with studio flash, powered by a battery generator pack to bring a touch of summer back to the images. Pure’s commercial photographers are always ready for a challenge and studio lighting made all the difference.
